Description: Electroninks Inc. is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Logistics and
Hazmat Specialist. This position will work directly with customers and our internal team to
process and fulfill hazardous ink orders. This position requires an expert in the field of product
safety, Regulatory affairs including shipping hazardous materials. Hazmat, IOTA, and SDS
expertise is a major plus.

Job Duties Include:

• Communicate with customers on orders, this includes leading the orders from quote
  to delivery
• Maintain tracking of all orders with weekly updates to all associated team members
• Packaging and logistics of the hazardous ink shipments including completing all
  necessary paperwork required
• Prepare regulatory applications including registration of “new chemicals” on to TSCA
  registry and international regulatory bodies
• Provide regulatory guidance, risk assessment and management throughout entire
  product lifecycle
• Prepare for, organize, and accommodate potential government or customer audits
• Manage and oversee the creation of globally compliant SDS documents and labels
  for R&D and commercial products
• Review new and existing international regulations, guidance documents, and
  standards to ensure products comply
• Closely collaborate with Production and Facilities teams as well as directly interface
  with customers’ regulatory teams
• Facilitate necessary testing to determine toxicity levels and support the Hazardous
  Fulfillment team with implementing any DOT requirements

Essential Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in a science, or engineering discipline. Degree is preferred, but
multiple years of experience will be considered as a substitute
● 3+ years of related work experience in hazardous shipping, engineering background a
huge plus
● Experience interfacing with federal, state, local & international regulatory bodies
● Experience with SDS authoring
● Experience with hazardous chemical handling
● Ability to work on various projects at one time
● Excellent verbal and communication skills
● Self-motivated and a team player
● Good organizational and project management skills
● Hazmat Experience and IOTA Certified is a HUGE Plus
