Electroninks is quickly expanding and is seeking a full-time Technical Sales Representative to
join our Korea Team! The ideal candidate is detail oriented, can build strong relationships, is
innovative and a team player.
To be successful in this role, you will have a working knowledge in chemical manufacturing
environment, ink chemistry and product development, and have strong communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for all customers and prospects in Korea
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (engineering, R&D, procurement,
management)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in semiconductor, display, and advanced packaging
markets
Provide technical guidance and product presentations to support customer evaluations and
qualifications
Coordinate sample requests, trials, and feedback loops with internal technical and production teams
Collect and report on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with internal R&D, product management, and application engineering teams to deliver
customer-focused solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and post-sales support
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical documentation as needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activities using CRM tools
Support logistics coordination, order fulfillment, and issue resolution in collaboration with operations
team
Represent Electroninks at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical seminars in Korea
Travel as needed to visit customer sites and attend internal meetings

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
or a related technical field
Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or applications engineering,
preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry
Strong communication and presentation skills in both Korean and English (verbal and written)
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive technical engagement
Solid understanding of materials used in semiconductor packaging, display manufacturing, or printed
electronics
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Skilled in identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable product equirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting processes
Willingness to travel domestically in Korea and occasionally internationally (U.S. or other regions)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with electronics materials: conductive inks, metal pastes, coatings, or deposition
technologies (e.g., inkjet, spray, PVD, plating)
Hands-on experience supporting customer qualifications or process integration
Prior experience working with global teams and managing technical-commercial interface.

Job Duties
Develop business strategy and execution plan
Shape the market, develop a business model, and execute plan with distributors and partners in the value chain.
Global Account and Partners Management:
Analyze customer business information to identify growth opportunities
Coordinate technical support between customers and internal technical teams
Manage global distribution network and regular correspondence with distributor and global customers via email, phone, and FtF meeting.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities through to closing
Coordinate billing, order processing, and post-sale support
Support product knowledge transfer and detailed explanation to potential customers
Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (seminars, exhibitions, etc.)
Prepare marketing materials, brochures, and reports
Leadership & Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with the President and CEO
Communicate effectively with international teams to align goals and strategies
Hiring and People management in multinational subsidiaries in the US and APAC.
Product portfolio management
Prioritize the business development project for product portfolio management.
Travel: National: 10% and International: 20% to client sites/other Electroninks offices
Can work from home a few days a week but must reside within commuting distance from HQ office in Austin.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science or related field. Foreign equivalency is acceptable.
5 Years’ experience with the following:
conductive materials or electronics materials industry, focusing on metallic paste, conductive ink, or semiconductor packaging materials (any combination of these).
international technical sales, global marketing management, or product commercialization
people management of international teams and collaboration with global customers across Asia, Europe, and North America.
Demonstrated experience with:
Experience in consumer electronics, specifically Display/Touch Panel and Semiconductor Packaging
Experience in customer product qualification and reliability requirements such as metallization processes: Sputtering, Screen/Stencil Printing in Display/Touch Panel, and Semiconductor Packaging manufacturing
Experience in managing complex, long-cycle sales pipelines for electronic materials using Salesforce (SFDC) and project management systems (Accolade)
